What we are

Modern and individual child-free accommodation for an independent traveller. Located right opposite the beach with free WiFi in all rooms, Regency Rooms is a laid-back place to unwind. We do not provide breakfast, but there are plenty of lovely places in short walking distance that offer breakfast for any budget and diet.

Self check-in 15.00 - 21.00

To give you the maximal flexibility, we introduced self check-in. Whether you are coming to us after work, or stopping for a pub lunch on the way, there is no need to rush down the motorway to be here at a particular time. We deposit your key in the key safe by the front door and e-mail you the pin code. Your room will be ready from 15.00. Early check-in is £10, subject to availability. Self check-in does not mean that no-one will be in the house during your stay. Just give us a call if you need anything and we will be with you in a tick.

Packing tips

Good walking shoes for South Downs National Park, beach towels and hat (weather permitting) for East and West beaches, or plenty of stamina for shopping in Chichester.

Our favourite room

Room 6 is an amazing huge room with a bay window and a tiny balcony (hence “Deluxe Room with Balcony”). It has sun all day long - perfect for a morning coffee or evening drinks with a view.
